For once a wholesome, action packed, race against the clock film that put NYC in a good light. My favorite part was that they were racing to the Nam Wah Tea Parlour where I had just gone for a nice snack and it made it that much better.

Now I know why they had Joseph's picture hanging along with the other celebrities in the most prominent place in the restaurant. Shannon was also a great villain.
