It's kind of hard to define this movie, since it's basically a car, and then a bike, chasing other cyclists the whole time! It's certainly got action and it's up tempo (thanks mostly to the score), but it's certainly not as exciting as it thinks it is.
Has a bit of an arbitrary crooked-cop/Chinese gang thrown in, but it's basically Gordon-Levitt doing stuff on a bicycle.
