Not the best or worst movie ever made.
( the whole fixed gear biker thing.... Pretty lame. It's not bad ass. It's just lame).
Levitt is like able as always. But the redeeming factor is obviously Shannon. He solidified himself as a top 5 villain actor. I'm sure good guys will be fighting against him for years to come.
