Interesting film that is very much a wake up call to anyone who believes that nothing bad ever happens. very sad and very humbling, precious is also very moving, very emotional and somehow full of hope.

great performances all around - gabourey sidibe is a revelation. mo'nique, who just won a golden globe for her role here, will most likely carry home an oscar, too. not a light-hearted film by any means but its stark reality is something that begs to be seen.
