I did not enjoy this picture. It had some high points, but ultimately it wasn't at all the realistic film everybody told me it would be. The main character, despite her incredible sufferings, is essentially wrong in many of her decisions.
The second of half of the film seemed like a dream sequence that never ended, and left me very confused. There was a dramatic shift in style, starting when she wakes up in the hospital that made the piece seem very amateur.
Ultimately, in my opinion, it is a choppy and contrived work produced by someone whose main purpose was to leave you with a message, but they weren't sure which one to leave you with.
