Review of Powder Blue (2009) by Jason H — 30 May 2010
Well it does lack in originality as it is part of an endless stream of "Crash-like" films which features intertwining stories tied by...well...a stripper? I thought it was going somewhere else as far as where it would intertwine.
..but alas it kinda leaves some ends unknotted. The performances are good but some of the stories are better than others as you will always have with these movies. It isn't anything profound but it does have really good moments to counteract a few silly ones.
Swayze is almost a nonfactor unfortunately in his swan song.
