The idea was great, but the fake looking makeup (he looked like he had been dipped in white paint, albinos don't look like that), the choppy plot, and the overreactions of all the other people ruined it for me.
he was bald and pale!! he wasn't that freaking weird! people were acting like he was deformed before they even knew about the electrolysis jazz. And what happened to the redhead? It was a good idea, but it was not executed right.
The ending made me laugh... :/.
