Review of Powder (2001) by Roylunda C — 24 Jun 2012
A decent slice of small town sci-fi. Many argue that the fantasy elements are cheap thrills, but I think they add a much-needed note of whimsy to an otherwise overwhelmingly glum outcast drama. There's nothing wrong with finding a little magic in the mundane.
