Not as fun as the trailers make it out to be, but a sweet, well-written crowd pleaser that doesn't insult your intelligence (or flatter it either--we're talking French cinema, after all). Stellar turns from Catherine Deneuve and Gérard Depardieu, and a wonderfully infectious soundtrack.
