I love this movie. It's terrible and cheesy and hilarious and fantastic. I love Will Patton, he's one of the greatest bad guys there is. I quote from this movie all the time. If you like post-apocolyptic "thrill rides", if you like action and adventure, if you like a little romance and comedy thrown in with that and a movie that takes itself and the postal service way too seriously, but still makes it work anyway, then watch this one.
See it if only to confuse others by popping off with, "Ford Lincoln Mercury reporting for duty, sir!".
