This movie has a cool idea..I mean, when it comes to post-apocalyptic movies, most of the time I'm game. But in The Postman is so full of inconsistencies and horrible acting, it's hard to get around to enjoying it.
Mr. Costner's acting in particular sucks the hardest. I swear, if he was anymore wooden he would be Pinocchio... It sucks that the one and only movie that I like with him in it is Waterworld. And really, he sucked in that as well.
.. You can't out act, Dennis Hopper... You just can't. Unless you're William Shatner.
