Review of Postcards from the Edge (1990) by Rita C — 01 Jul 2007
Quite good, I thought. Carrie Fisher's screenplay is hilarious and perceptive, and each and every cast member (Streep and MacLaine especially, of course) does a great job. The plot is more of a brief snapshot than a full-fledged story arc, which might bother some people, but I thought it suited the material.
