Review of Postal (2007) by Jasmine V — 01 Jun 2008
An audacious and spirited satirical black comedy. While most of the humour is mostly a miss because of Uwe Boll's lackluster filmmaking abilities, you have to admire how far he goes for a laugh. One gets a sense that Mr.
Boll is letting out his frustration from being labelled the "worst filmmaker of all time" and unleashing it onto the screen. It's very edgy political jabs are as unflinching and ballsy as it gets.
Definitely his best work to date and worth the view alone for the hysterical opening sequence.
