Cute chick flick (Alexis Bledel's big blue eyes and sweet nature help - but OMG she's the same as in Gilmore Girls ;).
3 stars for the subtle (or not so subtle) way it captures that insecure feeling you have, the "loser" feeling, when it seems everyone around you knows what they're doing.
Good soundtrack too.
