Cute movie, despite a few story contrivances. Michael Keaton's over-the-top and clueless father is irritating, but the rest of the cast is mostly fine. Jane Lynch is awesome as always, though it was weird seeing her play the straight role opposite all these other wacky characters, when usually she's the one chewing the scenery.
Predictable script of course, but definitely familiar to my generation.
