So-so coming of age story in which Alexis Bledel (practically playing her Post Gilmore Girls self) struggles as the failing and flailing college gradâ??doesnâ??t she realize that her plutonicly frustrated BFF is all she needs to be happy! I really couldnâ??t give a ratâ??s tail for the central â??will they or wonâ??t theyâ?? romance, but there is plenty of humor to be found in patriarch Michael Keaton and the rest of the fam.
Plus, JK Simmons pops up for two scenes and heâ??s always worth your time. VF.
