Review of Population 436 (2006) by Daniel K — 03 Jun 2010
It's got an odd premise that doesn't go very deep, but it does a great job running with it. Surprisingly, the actors get by as well as those in many mainstream films. Even Fred Durst surprised me with his adequacy.
This film, while not offensively shot, could have benefited greatly from a more talented DP. The editing is on equal ground, but only because I think a slower pace would enhance the mood.
