Review of Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping (2016) by Greg B — 06 Jun 2016
"Pop Star: Never Stop Never Stopping" is a fake documentary about the lifestyles of a fictional musician and rapper named Connor 4 Real. We learn about his life and his entourage in the film and all the insane antics he goes through on a daily basis.
Honestly this was one of the worst films I've ever seen. It's like the director was comatose when shooting this film. It is stupid and pointless and doesn't even try to be a halfway decent film.
It gets progressively worse until I walked out 45 minutes in, and I seldom walk out of films. The jokes try to be on point and funny, but they're just not. From beginning to end, this film was tortuous to sit through and I found myself questioning how any self-respecting studio could release this drivel.
Please don't waste your money on this ------------------------------------------------------ F.
