Is it any surprise that this didn't receive a theatrical release. When I think Winnie the Pooh, I think friendliness and enjoyment aimed towards children, not a large and mature plot. It's considerably darker than the image of Winnie the Pooh, but it doesn't feel right and feels more like an experiment gone wrong.
