Zombie flicks have really made a comeback since 28 days later came out a few years ago. This is a really original take on the premise. You really only see the infected 'conversationalists' for a few minutes.
But the slow pace and confined feeling you get throughout makes it unsettling. Throw in disturbing phone calls and a pretty good performance in the lead and it will leave you thinking about it long afterwards.
