It's nice to see so many 5 out of 5 star ratings on this film...the scene where Ponette it comforting her father and telling him that everything will be ok is heart wrenching...Hitler would be reaching for the tissues.
If you liked this film there is a Czech film with a remarkable child actor...the film is called Kolja (Kolya), Give it a viewing and I swear you won't be disappointed!
