Pompeii wastes it's boasting visuals and the efforts of Harrington, Browning, Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Lucas on unlikable and hateful villains and director Paul W.S. Anderson's inability to find the right amount of energy and logical storytelling, resulting in Pompeii being no more than tedious.
