Review of Poltergeist II: The Other Side (1986) by Ryan N — 26 Dec 2007
Pretty durned awful. Interesting only because poor Julian Beck (a major figure in the avant-garde theatre world) made his last appearance in this, and he really does look dead (he expired before the filming was finished).
If his death was responsible for the appearance of the 'vomit creature' then ... well, his death was responsible for what was probably the only noteworthy f/x sequence in the film. So mixed a bag is scarcely worth a second viewing.
