Wouldn't say it was an awful remake of the horror classic, I've definitely seen worse.....like Psycho featuring Vince Vaughn. Just didn't contribute anything that was missing from the original, except more humor.
Contained a lot of comedic elements that made the entire movie light and warm instead of dark, and haunting.
