Review of Pollock (2000) by Dave A — 11 Sep 2007
Tortured portrait of the artist may seem slow and agonizing, but you have to remember that first off, it's an independent film and second off, it's a biography about a painter, how much lavisH should it be? Harris channels the kind of intensity that you'd need for someone as self destructive as Pollock was, complimented by a strong, sprawling cast.
