Review of Pollock (2000) by Daniel H — 19 Oct 2007
As an artist, I'm always a little antsy whenever I sit down to watch a movie like this. It always seems like it will be decent or just plain terrible in depicting someone as brilliant and messed up as Jackson Pollock.
I can safely say that my expectations were shattered. Ed Harris is amazing. He perfectly portrayed Pollock's tortured psyche through a brilliant performance. Easily the best biopic I've ever seen.
