This has to be one of the best exhibitions of both Jackie Chan's characteristic sense of humor and his insane martial arts skills. This film stands apart for allowing him to do what he does best: martial arts (hard core, mind you-this is back when Jackie Chan could clear a room in minutes) balanced with comedy. He put me in stitches in this film.
"Police Story" had a lot of excellent comic moments: anything involving May, the trial, and Ka-Kui working dispatch alone.
Possibly Jackie Chan's strongest film. If you're a fan of his oeuvre, check this one out.
