Review of Police, Adjective (2010) by Trent R — 25 Feb 2010
Interesting police procedural with a linguistic take given in the title. It's the protagonist's interpretation and portrayal of events that construct their meaning. With a lot of attention given to lengthy written accounts of observed events, maps and plans, etc.
Nice elements of social realism, and a frank approach to the meaningless routine that thus questions it.
