Review of Police, Adjective (2010) by Darien B — 30 Apr 2012

A Romanian cop drama, about a police officer who spends the two hour running time debating the morality over arresting a boy for smoking marijuana...it's about as interesting as it sounds. Police, Adjective attempts to be slow and methodical, but instead it's just slow, and the lack of a soundtrack or quirky elements do the film a disservice.

It's hard to blame the filmmakers for trying something different though, and it probably would have made for an engaging short film.
