Oh jesus....why did I sit through this?!?! Oh wait, I know: i'm a glutton for bad cinema. And someone told me I had to sit through all the PA flicks. This unfunny comedy is a steaming pile...plain and simple.
HOW DO THESE MOVIE TURN A PROFIT?!?! The only highlight is G.W. Bailey's Cpt. Harris. Citizens on Patrol. You know what C.O.P. really stands for? Collection of Pissants. The best and only funny line in the damn movie.
