Last time there was a sense of losing a bit of magic - not here though coz this is the best one so far. It knows what its doing, its well aware of what it is and it keeps the laughs comin. Plus Harris is back and paired up with Proctorrrrr!!! Then theres the fantastically over the top air balloon plane ending where Tack gets to be Bond and the citizens on patrollll song.
The characters are all havin a laugh together and its great fun. Worth seein for the cheesy skateboard montage alone!
