Review of Police Academy (1984) by Mark D — 11 Jul 2009
A film that spawned an empire of sequels, series and cartoon adaptations as well as blatent rip-offs such as ski-school etc etc. Still this one is quality and the jokes, as slap stick as they are are still as funny as when I was an innocent 7 year old.
G W Bailey is also a legend and im disapointed his career never spawned as many gems as I believe he deserves. Mind you how many times could he play the same character (MAnnequin, for example). Good fun and nostalgic.
