I actually think POKEMON - THE MOVIE 2000 is even worse than the previous Pokemon movie. I actually rarely would give a movie below two stars, because even if it's bad, there's usually at least one redeeming feature that will bring it up higher.

But, there's just simply nothing that brings this movie up any higher. I mean, I actually did a headache watching this movie. It's boring, to say the least, and it moves along at such a slow pace.

The animation is ugly, the voice acting isn't anything great.
