Review of Pokémon the Movie 2000 (1999) by Darby R — 17 Aug 2011

This sequel is actually an improvement upon its predecessor since it has a stronger story which allows the characters to have more depth (Except the character Tracy. I didn't even remember his existence until I rewatched this sequel).

This film is thrilling with its interesting action scenes and has a stunning orchestral soundtrack (I wasn't wild about the pop music this time around. The pop music in its predecessor was much better).

There's also more humor this time around which still surprisingly holds up. While the villain was weak and there are other issues, I loved Pokemon The Movie 2000 as I did when I was younger.
