Great action and the cheesiest acting ever make this movie great. I laughed a lot and then realized at the end it wasnt supposed to be funny, but you know what... the bad acting made the movie better. Every Gary Busey line was hilarious or how about the chase between one of the "presidents" and Keanu Reeves.
... the bad guy throws a freking pitbull at Reeves. That is comedic gold. The action was great and the movie overall was very enjoyable.
