Review of Please Give (2010) by Deana L — 02 May 2010
I loved this movie. Actually I love all of Nicole Holofcener's movies--she is so good at crafting little moments that are so real, sometimes funny or sometimes painful. Catherine Keener is just amazing, as always--hooray for actresses with no work done, so they can show every nuance of what they are feeling in their faces.
Rebecca Hall is great, and love the cameo by "Ugly Guy" from Walking and Talking!
