I will see anything with Catherine Keener in it, and the streak continues with this movie. She is just that good, as was the rest of the cast in this movie. It is a small film, dealing with a woman's conflicted feelings about preying on the families of the recently deceased to stock a vintage furniture store, while waiting for an elderly neighbor to die so she and her husband can take over her apartment and expand their own.
It's not for the action fans out there, but is a very nice character study.
