If u can't lead as good example, at least try help create our world a better place by redirect others to the good example, NOT interfere them with ur own will / inability. Get ready, willing to and help create a better world by shrink yourself when necessary, NOT dragging others to yourself and EXPAND yourself.
Whoever can redirect others to the true good ones are TRUE HERO. Determine each new change is good or bad for people (on spiritual level) before blindly repeating 'Embrace Change'.
