Review of Play Misty for Me (1971) by Derrick D — 25 May 2009
Yeah Clint Eastwood is good, but Jessica Walter plays the pyscho stalker bitch to perfection. In fact, whenever she doesn't appear in a scene, the movie slows down and starts to get boring. A bit predictable in parts and some parts you just want Eastwood to go Dirty Harry on this crazy chick.
Fast forward through the boring Jazz Festival montage that goes on FOREVER and it's a pretty decent movie.
