Review of Play Misty for Me (1971) by Sri N — 28 Jul 2010
Eastwood's directorial debut is this watchable thriller that laid the blueprint for Fatal Attraction. Walter is mesmerising as the obsessive Evelyn, but it hasn't aged well and by todays standards, this would be lucky to get a 15 certificate.
Fans of Eastwood should definitely watch it, and if it happens to be on TV with nothing opposing it, you could do a lot worse.
