Review of Planet Terror (2007) by Stephen H — 21 Mar 2012

Okay, seeing "Grindhouse" in the theater, I loved "Planet Terror" due to the audience reactions and over-the-top violence, comedy, action, while I felt "Death Proof" was somewhat muted.

Now, with both films separated, I feel that "Planet Terror" doesn't stand as well on its own. Worth watching, but again, the tongue is planted firmly in cheek by the actors and crew, so recognize it's a 90 minute homage.
