Unfortunately, planet 51 is an animated family film that doesn't bring anything quite ground breaking. I rarely found myself laughing and even though it has a good and interesting premise, it never delivers any good humor that adults will find funny.
its probably a great movie for kids, but as an adult I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. it seemed like a film based on illegal immigration if you really go in depth and look at it. overall its a very mediocre animated family film with barely any laughs.
