Review of Planes, Trains and Automobiles (1987) by Bryan C — 11 Oct 2015
This is your standard John Hughes '80s comedy, which has some funny moments but doesn't necessarily hold up 30 years later (in part because smart phones have eliminated many of the plot devices). Also, my pet peeve was how they made the drive from St. Louis to Chicago look like an epic journey. I've done it many times - not that big of a deal.
