Yes Planes is a lot similar to Cars - Disney is recycling its ideas but if this movie came before Cars it would have been well worth it . At least Planes offers many lessons to the young audiences (follow your dreams , don't accept life as it is , never give up , etc.
...) . Good fun but deja-vu if you've seen Cars.
