Review of Planes (2013) by Akash M — 11 Nov 2013

As always, Disney has done an awesome job at creating realistic animation with breathtaking graphics & seamless integration of characters. All of these should mean an awesomely enjoyable movie from the big banner but unfortunately the pitfall is at the base of the story.

It's literally Cars part 1 but with planes as the characters. The basic theme of the movie is exactly the same - an average joe plane becomes a world known racer. Granted the movie is targeted towards much more younger audience than myself and they wouldn't probably care about the story being a copy paste job but Disney needs to remember that kids aren't the only audience they have.
