Review of Planes (2012) by Chitrak G — 08 Nov 2013

I'm most likely gonna get flamed for deciding to watch Planes, but frankly I love animation and I was bored, so I went through with it. I'm not gonna critique that it's about "talking planes", people complain too much about that and it doesn't bother me.

It's a cartoon, get with it. Anyways, Planes has an abundance of colorful visuals, decent voice acting (Dane Cook, one of my favorite comedians), and charm left-and-right, but its not good enough to support its mundane underdog story and does a poor job concealing a message.

I enjoyed Cars, but this spin-off was unnecessary. Nice try, Disney.
