Review of Planes (2012) by Sara M — 01 Jan 2014
It's the movie Cars, but with Planes! My son of course enjoys it because he has seen it before, I loved Disney movies when I was younger, they were exciting and the characters even sang which further accelerated my dream to move to NYC and pursue Broadway. I wish they made more movies like The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and The Lion King. Real characters making music with real stories that are original. I am giving 3 stars even though it deserves none because it has made my son so interested in planes that we have started to introduce him to history of WWI and WWII fighter jet and taken him to the Intrepid for the 2nd time and this time he was interested. The actores did a good job, its not their fault disney had no imagination. I'm just surprised and disappointed. Disney has always cared about what they stamp their name on, I know because I sang in their parks. I hope this isn't the future of the company.
BTW- this is the FIRST review I have EVER written, EVER!!! Happy New Year to ALL!!!
