Review of Plan 9 from Outer Space (1957) by Jo A — 24 Aug 2014
Fantastically hideous. I almost want to have a t-shirt made up to let the world know that I have endured this in its entirety, but if any credit should be given, it ought to be divided between Vampira for not collapsing in an oxygen-deprived swoon while wearing that waist cincher (on camera, at least) and Ed Wood, for having the moxy to think he could get away with replacing Bela Lugosi with his wife's chiropractor (who bore no physical resemblance to the great actor at all) in scenes filmed after Lugosi's death.
