Review of Places in the Heart (1984) by Eric S — 13 Dec 2007
Sally Field and John Malkovich are the film. They were both amazing. And Sally Field deserves all the love she has gotten. The movie defiantely had its flaws and the ending would have meant more if I had fallen in love with the other characters like I did with the central family storyline.
The ending and the KKK moment would definately had meant more if we had not be sheltered by the main storyline. But it was still an amazing and uplifting story.
