4 for the relevance of the message and 3.5 for the method of delivery. A lot less controlled than his previous films the direction gets out of hand but full marks to the team for taking up relevant issues and trying to suggest social change in a story form laced with humour.
Sanjay Dutt is fun to watch in his bit role, the music is below par and I'm not sure why the film had to have Bhojpuri as its main language (couldn't it have been equally funny with Hindi). The melodrama does get over the top at times and you can see the emotional manipulations coming.
A movie with an important message in an over zealous country.
